EMAA is a private estate-management platform operated by BRG Management LLC. Property owners use it to request and track work on their residences; vetted service vendors use it to receive job offers, schedule visits, and submit quotes and invoices. Access is by invitation — there is no public sign-up.
Registered vendors may opt in to transactional SMS notifications about their own jobs. SMS is off by default, is enabled by the vendor in Account → Notifications, gates no feature, and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing text messages and do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.
